With almost 20 years of massage experience, she blends extensive studies of Eastern and Western techniques with the latest scientific research into pain, and has recently launched remote rehab sessions online. She is a highly experienced therapist and workshop facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the field of pain relief.

Originally from London, England, Maggie has been living in the multinational community of Auroville, in India since 2005. She works with an holistic approach based on the biopsychosocial model of pain and modern neuroscience.

She guides individuals to be self-responsible; educates, empowers and encourages them to take control of their own health and healing.

She conducts workshops within India and internationally, as well as offering classes and individual clinical sessions. Often invited as a Resource person/Speaker, Maggie has been a guest presenter on a variety of platforms including yoga teacher trainings to medical conferences. She is a graduate of the Ingle Institute for Somatic Education and on the teaching team of Living Somatics.

Maggie’s passion for her work grows from personal experiences whilst healing after being involved in a bus crash in Egypt during the Nineties. This left her suffering musculoskeletal injuries and PTSD. More recently she avoided spinal surgery after a motorcycle accident, manifesting recovery through intrinsic knowledge and embodied wisdom.

Having discovered yoga at an early age it has become a fundament part of Maggie’s life. She loves to dance and enjoys being in, on, or under water; scuba diving whenever she gets the opportunity.
